I can handle a lot, but this little mouse (or baby rat) was different. He wasn’t scared away like normal mice. He was comfortable and looked me right in the eye. In fact, he followed me into my bedroom and onto my bed! Never had a mouse do that before! I was horrified! Next day, I looked up exterminators and this company had many 5 star reviews.

Rene came right out and gently removed the confused little rodent, checked for entry points and treated the inside and outside with regular insect repellent. He also took care of existing mud dobbers and a very determined ant pile that I couldn t seem to get rid of. He was courteous, thorough and efficient and he answered my many questions and explained the services. Thanks very much.

Juan is great. He is friendly, respectful and works to ensure all issues are taken care of. The best thing I enjoy about their work and company is that they remember who you are, and what they have previously done. Juan is exceptionally knowledgeable on the insect in our region and the many factors at hand to ensure they can be taken care of. He came to do a termite inspection, but also completed the monthly inspection and spraying. These folks are impressive!
